Different views on how to recover exist and we know the reality is that there is not just one right way. At the end of the day, we are all going through it, and we all have our ways of doing it while some of us are still figuring it out. So, we wanted to create a place where not only we can share our tips and experiences but also have a place where anyone who has advice to give, stories to tell, or outlets to share, an opportunity to do just that because it's important to be reminded every once in awhile that you're not alone.
